The main component of the water printing is water, and the other components are adhesives, thickeners, colors, emulsifiers, etc. Its suitable for printing fabrics and rubber printing are basicallythe same, but rubber printing can be printed on dark fabrics, and water printing can only be printedon light fabrics. The printing method is to “leak” the “water slurry” onto the fabric through the
mesh of the screen. The working principle of water printing is similar to dyeing, except that it is to”dye” a certain area of the fabric into the color required. Therefore, this process cannot be applied todark fabrics.

Water printing advantages:
1) the cost of raw materials is lower than rubber printing
2) In the actual printing process, it is generally not necessary to print multiple times in the same part
as rubber printing, which directly determines the significant increase in daily output
3) Color fastness is better than rubber printing, especially cotton fabric is the best.
Disadvantages of water printing: The cover rate of water printing is low, which can not be printed on
dark fabrics.
